  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • The main floor of Great Escape is handicapped accessible designed for those with special needs. The entry and bedroom doors are wider, and the main floor guest bath offers a lower tub with grab bars. The level entry (one step up to front door) and level parking areas are helpful features for all.

Policies and Rules

  • Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.
  • Up to 99 dogs maximum are allowed; additional pet rent may apply. Pets other than dogs are not permitted.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • No smoking inside the home.
  • No events allowed.
  • Children allowed.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy (10 guests) allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.

Fees and Payments

  • Additional pet rent may apply for dogs. Contact the property manager for current pet fee details.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • Access to Yonahlossee Resort amenities may require a fee. Guests must pay a $10 per day per person base fee to use the pool, gym, and game room. If more than 3 people, the base fee will be $25 for club use. Additional fees apply for tennis and pickleball courts.

Parking Information

  • Free parking is available on site.
  • A covered outdoor pavilion provides parking and a space for gatherings. The level entry (one step up to front door) and level parking areas are helpful features for all.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Well-stocked kitchen with cooking basics, stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and utensils.
  • High-speed internet is available.
  • Bed linens and towels are provided.
  • Washer and dryer are available.
  • Starter set of paper products is provided (toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc.) for a short stay.
  • Hair dryers are not provided.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detector are provided.
  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled with a 15+ day notice will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 8-14 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of their reservation payments. Bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
